For the past two days I've had the same girl service me. She is rude and does not understand good customer service. Yesterday I placed an order online drove up to the window, voice #1 asked how they could help, I said I'm here to pick up, voice #2 said "I can't do it" the two people are talking over each other and I ask "I'm sorry. What's going on?" I hear #2 repeat "I can't do it" I ask for a refund and #2 says "I can still make you a regular cold brew." I just said "okay" and pull up to the window then ask for my money back. Like $3 and some change. She explains that I'll have to go through corporate then a minute later hands me the regular cold brew coffee. Today, I walk in because I had a free $2 md espresso bev. (Even though looking at my receipt it took off $1.69) I get the same girl from yesterday. She looks at me like a deer in the headlights. I hand her my coupon. She asks what kind I want. I could feel her negativity and it was giving me anxiety. I stumbled and said doesn't matter just hazelnut and ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. I accidentally went to hand her my card and she pointed to the card reader. I put it in and she walks away. I stood there waiting for her to come back and give my receipt. I heard someone call for my croissant so I walked over to the other side and saw her making a drink so I asked if she could get my receipt. She lifted up what was in her hands and responded with "can I finish what I'm doing first?" I looked over and the manager was standing right there and said nothing to her or me. I am VERY upset with the customer service and the manager since she was standing right there as this happen. I'm unsure if she was actually paying attention but I know as the girl walked away to get my receipt so did the manager, that's when I noticed that her name tag said manager. If this is not addressed I will be contacting corporate. I have been in customer service for the past 6 years. I understand everyone has bad days but two days in a row of bad customer service with the same girl is just unacceptable and this needs to be addressed.

Order is always wrong, staff turn over all the time and don't really know what they're doing, no filled donuts at all today. Won't be coming back

What the fuck y'all are supposed to close at 11 PM I showed up at 10 PM and y'all were closed. Rude. Good coffee tho keep it up

To the owner at this Dunkin Donut location in Southhaven , MS. You can not only have 2 employees working on a Sunday morning. One handling the drive thru the other the inside orders. Everyone was waiting and waiting for their orders. My order was not taken correctly but wasn't waiting around to get it straight as it already took too long
